is that bad?
you should try to hit the major muscle groups at least once a week: wrist, calves, biceps
You mean forearms?
you need to do wrist training to balance out your elbow training man.
assuming you are doing heavy compound exercises your forearms should get a fair amount of indirect work
I don't either that's why it is nothing but skin and bones
What's that one thing with the bar and the rope with the weight at the bottom? And you wind it up and down. That thing should work your wrists even tho it's a bitch.
wacking it works out your wrists like mad
dont use wrist straps.
That would work forearms. The "wrist" doesn't actually exist.
i would say its the worst thing you can do
the most crucial exercises in order of importance:
4. bench press
small wrists make the forearms look bigger
I usually workout the wrists every day or at least every second day. Particularly if I am single.
what about this exercise:
After a heavy set of wrist lifts, I like to couple it with ankle presses.
If you mean forearms - no they're not necessary to work specifically.
but, if you've got issues like forearm tendinitis during curls - it's a good idea, as you've likely got a form of inbalance.
I call them roll ups I hate that thing but do it once in a while. Mostly feel it in my shoulders while I try to keep my arms parallel to the ground.
