I officially started deadlifting again today

    And boy did my lower back get weak since I stopped doing them over a year ago.

    Felt good to do them again though. Though it was like 85 degrees in the gym and my hands were sweating like crazy so I had trouble gripping the bar on my last set :o

    I put up 235 for my final set of 5 and it didn't feel real hard :dunno:

    Also, my university gym doesn't have chalk, do you guys bring your own or what? I don't want to resort to gloves.

    maybe because of people in the past that used them before left a mess and didnt use it responsibily.


    im still having a hard time finding chaulk around the bay area here too. i tried walmart, big-5, sportmart, copeland sports, and other local stores :hs:

    I love dls, I started back doing them twice a week and I've already went from doing 225 for 5 to doing 305 for 5
