i bought these
heres my goal
looks like it's made better than my tyler grips.
even though it's in my gym bag gathering dust...
price? hard rubber or silicone?
dunno. i left my tyler grips at the gym. now someone has new tyler grips
i can google the point to those fat gripz if you don't feel like telling me what the benefit is on them.

no more using pvc pipes
werd. use them on DB rows. shit in tents.
They also make great pocket pussies.
slick. looks like it'd be a nice treat (and probably cut down on the calluses)
i see this one huge dude who uses these pieces of foam that look like toast - for what i'd imagine would have a similar effect
interesting, plan on using them for everything?
I want those, even though I'll look like a dick using them
Why would you?
i usually use them toward the end of a workout. if i do deads, ill finish with a set or two with these with lighter weight.
i dont know if theres any correlation, but when i was using my tyler grips religiously is when i got my bench to 315
does using fat bars make as big of a difference as this hype site claims?
I just use the pads meant for squats instead. works well enough and its free
Because I'm skinny dude, but whatever
In for F&N OTer review
The fat gripz are suppose to "immitate" a fat bar or fat db.
The only real benefits i see from these are grip strength and forearm strength. If anyone sees any other benefits, feel free to chime in.
I still think a fat bar is superior. allows for movement on the hand, especially when pressing.
edit: It's a couple cents cheaper for me to order from the Fat Gripz website, than EliteFTS.
yeah I still have my tyler grips I just never use them because I have to lower the weight so much for everything
if I need grip work I just do it separately
One of my training partners recently fucked up one of the fingers on his right hand affecting his ability to squeeze the bar while benching. He has noticed his strength and stability took a nosedive. So following bro-science it would make sense that using fatgripz/tylergrips would have a positive affect on your pressing strength.
All i know is i can press a lot more using a 2" fat bar than I can with a regular bar. Plus I can conti that bitch up.
