I am about 5 11 and lil below 300 pounds. I am only 15 which makes it worse...atleast im not short. Anyway anyone know any good ways to burn some of it off. I have been drinking only water for last 3-4 months, drank a soda yesterday omg it was strong. Realy makes you think when I look back and remember drinking about 5 a day and bearling being able to drink 1 now. Oh well any ideas!
