And, I have gathered that I should weight train in addition to dieting and exercising, etc... I have already altered my diet and have started running every day. I am completely new to lifting weights of any sort and would like to incorporate it. I know I could probably google this but I would rather get a reliable source from you guys. Do you know of any websites or maybe even past posts that I might have missed which will guide me and explain how to do simple weight training? I'm talking basics basics basics. I don't want to go about it the wrong way. (I am a girl if that might change anything) Thanks.
