i really need to start doing cardio all year

    a couple years ago i was in decent cardiovascular shape (could jog 3 miles fairly easily). i just walked on a small incline @ 4mph for 10 minutes and thought i was going to die at the end. :ugh:

    no point to this really..

    just reminded me.. my calves were burning like a nig while walking on an incline.
