I started working out beginning of last summer. At 6'1" I started at 155 pounds and towards the end of summer I was at 178. During that time I worked out 4 times a week and I would drink a serving of protein shake everytime I work out. School started and things started to get a little busy, I was lucky to be able to go into the gym 2 times a week and there was a stretch of 2 months where I didn't lift a single weight. Towards the end of this school semister I was at 170. Now about just over a month of consistently going to the gym 3 times a week and drink the shake I've gained my strength back, I am now lifting a little more than what I was doing last summer but I've actually lost weight down to 168. What can I do to break through this "wall"? As a college student I don't eat specifically healthy so if someone suggests a more health diet it has to be somewhat relatively cheap.
