I've been cutting for about 2 months now. I hit a plateau about 3 weeks ago. Wasn't losing anymore weight. In fact, I probably put a bit back on. Decided to start tracking my cals. Before, I just estimated. Shed 2 lbs last week I hate to think that 1 lb of that was muscle. Looking at my cals, I realized I underestimated my maintenace cals. I've got it down to a science now. It's great to finally know your maintenance cals so that I can adjust my caloric intake accordingly. Can't wait to start bulking a bit. Will be a slow .5 lb/wk bulk this time around. Down to probably 13-14% bf now. Abs are really showing nicely.
