so i went on a binge. i havent had junk food in so long and i had this massive craving and i gave in. i wouldnt consider it a failure but i went nuts at the super market. cookies. cake. chips. i been eating chinese food and pizza for two weeks now. but my weight dropped 5 lbs over two weeks. i was strict with my diet but could switching like this temporarily have done something? i dont know the exact details but isnt it beneficial to cheat or to go off course?
