Shit man... You must be a 29" waist now. Better start cutting before it gets too bad and you have to spend months shedding off flab.
I can't fucking stand how the first place I put flab on is my waist and the sides of my chest. Can't fucking stand it.
I would look into the manboob kit from anafit and maybe try an E/C/Y stack to shed fat in the waist and increase vascularity. Better to get started now so you don't look like a fatass come beach season.

It's beat. My ass stays the same size no matter what though, and who gives a shit about that? I just want my narrow waist and lean chest. Maybe more waist and chest slapts would help.
And on a poz note I think my traps are finally starting to respond.

Do you watch what you eat or are you one of those assholes that eats anything in sight and retains abs and a < 30" waist?
For the past year I maintained in the 7's for bf% and I feasted upon countless crunchwrap supremes and homemade cookies and cupcakes. I'd throw some digiorno's in there too. I really just avoided soda and too much chocolate.
Now I watch what I eat and I gained 13lbs in my first 5-6 weeks since I decided to start putting on mass again. I gained way too fast so I cut my cals back and am trying to gain with as little fat/water gain as possible.
Honestly, the best way for me to get cut is when I'm under a lot of stress. If I'm really stressed the fat flies off. I've already decided if I start to get too fat I'm going to deliberately start a big fight with my gf to shed it.
How many cals are you taking in now and earlier when you were gaining too fast? You still lookin good.
Fortunately acne never gets too bad for me.
I was taking in about 2600-2700 when I was gaining to fast, and now I'm taking in about 2200-2300, sometimes hitting 2400.

At that time I was at 160ish lbs. My maintenance was around 2400 and I took it 200-300 cals over that and I started gaining too fast.
I fluctuate between 171-173 now and like previously posted, I'm eating 2200-2300, sometimes 2400 cals a day to slow down. I haven't began to lose any weight at this calorie level so I'm going to feel it out for another week to see if I maintain then add on another 100 cals or so and see what happens.
2400 wtf? i'd disappear with that intake
guess hes just got a slow metabolism, good and bad.. wont lose mass as fast (but jmezz has little mass, had to take a stab)
