I was doing some shooting from the shore of Lake Superior. On my way back to my car, i biffed it on the ice, and pretty much landed on top of my camera bag. Now my 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 is doesn't seem to want to stabilize the image if i'm focusing manually. both these shots were 30 sec. exposures using a remote shutter release, mirror lock-up, and mounted on a tripod. I was shooting from the top of a hill, with no wind to speak of... slight breeze of 3-4mph (max) I used Autofocus for this shot. I did pp this one, hence the crop, and didn't bother with the horseshit below. And i was manual focusing for this one... i've got about 15 shots just as fucked up as this one, all of them manual focus, and taken in the same conditions.
