I had a slice of bread with my dinner. Been a while ....
I hate restaurants that fucking ask you if you have been there before. I mean is this restaurant so different that it will blow my fucking mind? I mean is PF Changs really different then every other restaurant. Oh yeah they make that sweet chili sauce at the beginning and show us how it is made. WELL fuck me, just have it premade so when I come I can fucking eat it. I don't want to watch you make something in front of me unless you are doing some sort of sweet trick. Wow you combined fucking hot sauce with some chillies, you are absolutely the most genius waiter in the world. I mean at least they have that sauce and that whole ordeal, I mean when you go to some texas steakhouse they are like have you been here before? I am like no. There is this huge awkward silence then they are like-> well here is our steaks... what do you want to get to drink? Well save me 10 seconds and give me my god damn drink, actually if they did any research they should just know when I come in there to give me a diet coke, fuck off and give me a god damn coke.

I went 15 months without a refeed. Of course I started at 600 lbs.

After the first 4 weeks wasn't bad at all. I still got some sugar from the veggies but no added sugar.
i went 1 year.
just started carbs this week too.
just about every keto diet that i have read that is aimed towards weight lifting/bodybuilding has some kind of carb refeed .
This, except after 1 - 2 weeks, I was all good. But that first couple of days fucking blew.
Not a weight lifter / body builder. Just an average shmuck who is trying to be healthy.
18.9% according to mah scale.
Oh and today I only had 1 slice of bread. Plan on doing this for a week, then I will add in some fruit for a week. Finally I will add some oatmeal steel cut.
ketosis is pretty awesome when it comes to energy its just the waiting part until you hit that sucks.
just wondering but, what were you stats 6 months ago compared to now?
220 30% bf, now 180 19% bf give or take
5'10" 33" inch waist now, was 38"
good progress, but are you skinny fat now? or did you actually work out?
I work out 5 days a week. 3 days running 2 days lifting. And an extra day if the weather is nice hiking. I started not being able to run 1/4 mile, now I'm jogging 3-4 miles at a time. I want to try and up my speed now.
i had zero energy on ketosis and under maintenance calories. [but perhaps it was b/c i was inexperienced and didn't take my refeed days.]
Were u eating veggies? I have no energy problems at all. I eat tomatoes with breakfast, romaine and some other veggie with lunch, broccoli and asparagus with dinner. Plus cheese a couple times a day too. Gets me about 15-20 carbs
