and today I am very sore, more sore than I have been w/o it. What gives?
what does it do? i've been hearing a lot about this on here
are you drinking 32+ oz water during workout, and 1.5-2 gal a day?
i've been hearin about this shit on the boards lately.. guess i need to read up on it.
that might be the reason..i did mix it with 32oz but maybe i didnt have enough water during the day. i'll drink more water tomorrow and see how it goes.
