Seated Hip Abductor "squeeze" and "spread" machines that you see mostly women using for god knows what reason.
the adductor/abductor machine is probably one of the most useful machines in the entire commercial gym.
add bands or do sideways dragging
Grab a 45, take out the pin, line the 45 up with the bottom hole, put the pin in, work it slowly so it doesn't fall off. I see guys do this with the lying leg curl machine.

The "no" machines are teh DEVIL
they should be banned from existance
No gym is complete without these machines. Not because they're useful, but just because I need something to look at...
And if at all possible, if the gym people could have these machines face the free weight area, that would be great...
