At the park they had some rings there and after I helped the kids do some assisted pullups (ages 2 and 4) I decided I'd try to do an iron cross. I'm freakin' weak...failed after my arms were at about a 45 degree angle to my body. Being heavy definitely doesn't help in this case. I can hold myself in an iron cross -esque position on two solid beams that are arms length apart but them rings just killed me. Anyone else every try this? (It didn't help that my back is a little messed up right now either).
