The moral of the story is that a lot of those stupid details that people worry about pale in importance to actual training dedication when it comes to getting better, bigger, or faster. Instead of asking "OGMOGM SHOULD I EAT THIS 15.4 minutes before training, am I allowed to do this" Just train hard and with dedication like them.
