I haven't run in 7 years. Hopped on a treadmill today and used the stupid saftey clip so that it would shut off if I fell off. I took that off after I hit it with my arm 4 times and the machine shut off. Finally got warmed up and started for 30 minutes. I ran 2 miles in 25 minutes I started off at a speed of 6 but when I went to get my HR and the machine said something close to "CURRENT HEART RATE NOT RECOMMENDED" I slowed off some (Guess my HR was 200+) anyways I kept varying between 3.0 and 6.0 for speed. All disoriented when I stepped off it for running for 30 minutes. though it was actually fun.
