gimme some good exercises for the filthy lats (you know, the angel wings)
i duno i think lat pulldowns might be good it has lat in the name hoope this helps
just walk around flexing them all the time man I see everybody doing it on the street so it must work otherwise why would they do it

I've done this and got wide as fuck
Wide grip Lat pulldown, Wide grip pullups, dumbell-bent over rows (try to concentrate the pull on the lats), Wide grip deadlifts (apparently they hit the lats more, never tried though), Surpine Row
DL's, rows, and pullups. all a nigga need
what are DLs? dead lifts?
The obvious choices: lat pulldown, pullups, etc...
Also, heavy incline BB bench pressing has helped my lats out.

how wide do you go on the bb rows?
i feel them getting worked whenever i do db chest/incline. i go down all the way though.
Same here but i dont feel too much work being done
