Yeah, I know it takes awhile but I'm more than willing to put in the effort though. One thing I'm wondering is, if I want to get big, should I be hurting after every work out? Like pains in muscles and stuff the next day ... I went to the gym owner here in town and she gave me a routine to do but I find that I just don't really "feel it" the next day. So this week I upped my weight by 10-20 pounds in almost everything. I can post the workout and pics if necessary.
