I really couldn't find a way to beat the shit out of my lats. I don't have a lat pulldown machine, I can't do enough pullups to make repping/setting worth it, and bent over rows really just weren't working out for me for some reason. I remember someone making a thread about pullovers in the past week or so, so I decided to give them a shot. My barbell is way too fucking big, so I just threw like 30lbs onto my EZ curl bar and used that. Holy shit. It took about 36 hours for the DOMS to set in, but holy shit. I can barely fucking move my arms right now and it feels great. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to do much without a lat pulldown machine. I just wish I tried this sooner.
