Hella lot better than the cheap ass nylon single snap with velcro....
I'm not a fan of paddle holsters. But, I am sure it's better than the prior.
Yeah, I was looking at the belt holsters but for some odd reason I was thinking this may be a bit more versitle. I dunno, but hell yeah, it's a vast improvement
In our carry class they showed videos for how easy it is to disarm someone with a paddle holster. You basically cup your hand over the top and by pressing down firmly you can snap it off. It was pretty informative.
Well damn, never saw that vid, but ah well. Good info though.
It is good info, but there is no way in hell I'd let someone get that close to me in an assault. If it did happen, I would most likely have my weapon drawn anyways.
Retension on Paddles has a LOT to do with how the paddle's are made. Some have full on "hooks" that engage below you belt and make them very hard to pull out.
LOL I'd like to see you try that with my paddle holster, You'd sooner rip my pants off than break the holster:
Seriously, when it comes to holsters, no comp-tac, no care.
