do you guys notice this the day after eating? i didnt know it could be that fast or is it that my stomach is just full. this morning my stomach was definitely less defined. i gorged on pizza, wings, beer and soda (no diet) for the game. woke up and felt nasty and had an inch added to my waistline. does food go to fat that quick or is it that i have all this shit in my stomach waiting to shit out.
