its tough to walk normal.
I'm in the same boat as you. I tore the fuck out of my legs doing squats on Tuesday, and now it's already time to do it again . Christopher's routine is hard.
yea, I squated on tuesday and my legs are still sore, I also played basketball both days and that didn't help.
this thread sucks

i did legs an hour ago and they're sore!
mine are always sore for at least 5 days. the real pain kicks in on day 2
