Keep in mind Im extremely new to hitting the gym heh. I know a lot of you dudes are probably all about working out legs, but I personally could care less about how my legs look. Im never going to be so big that my legs will look overly retarded on my body. Anyway, will i benefit if I start doing legs in the sense of upper body? Should i bite the bullet and do 1 day of legs each week. or just throw some sets in on my 2nd day of arms?
