how is deezweez training day in and day out and then he's the same size in most of his videos? I mean even with a shitty diet, with the amount of training he does, he should be getting bigger, no?

not everyone into fitness is into getting bigger dumbass.. he trains for strong man and powerlifting and likes to have a good body weight to strength ratio.... dw has made the most impressive progress since he started.

i used to be big. i dont want to be big without the strength that is expected with the size. ie if your 260 and only have a 315 bench... kill yourself.
listen you Danish dipshit, all i'm saying is with the amount of training he does, and how long he's been doing it (he's been posting videos for 4-5+ years now) it's inevitable that he should be getting bigger regardless of whether he wants to or not.

Lets correct this. You were never muscular dude. You were a fat guy on steroids that couldn't lift for shit, so I understand why you lost a bunch of weight. But you were never big in a good way, you were a sloppy guy who couldn't lift at all, even on AAS. Lots of people wanna be big, but not big like you were (as in, just overweight).
Lifting is really not your forte .. I think endurance stuff is more suited towards you.
