Guys, fill me in on ideal resting periods as far as "off days". My off day still consist of some form of cardio, I find it hard to take a day off and not do anything except go to work and come home. If I am doing a simple routine, how should I plan my off days? Sample Routine: Day 1: Chest/Tri Day 2: Legs Day 3: Shoulders/Traps Day 4: Back/Bi 1,2,3,4,R,R,1,2,3,4,R,R 1,2,R,3,R,4,1,R,2,R,3,4 1,R,2,R,3,R,4,R,1,R,2,R **R = Rest Day** How many days of rest are crucial throughout the week to not over train? Are 2 days of rest in a week the same no matter when they are taken? How does the body work in that sense?
