And my bf% went up 5%, how much muscle did I gain? I know I gained too much fat thats for sure.
Can you use a calculator?
what was your body fat and weight to begin with
155 @ 8% to 180 @ 13% and yes I can use a calculator but I wouldn't know what to compute.
Is that ratio about average when bulking or should I cut the calories back?
American education at it's finest!
155lbs * 8% = 12.4lbs of fat
180lbs * 13% = 23.4lbs of fat
23.4lbs - 12.4lbs = 11lbs of fat
Therefore, you have gained 11lbs of fat.
DEY TOOK UR DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR lc
11lbs of fat is correct (assuming bodyfat % was taken accurately), but that doesn't mean the remaining 14lbs was lean muscle - you gained water too.
Well its not like I wasn't carrying water when I first measured.
And University Educated
you gained about 5 lbm most likely...trick is to take measurements before you do it
You gained one test of dbol...
chances are your BF calc is off...So its a pointless q..
Its an electronic scale, so in absolute terms it may be off but the relative increase is correct.
Those scales fluctuate wildly based on how hydrated you are... even caliper readings done by a retarded monkey are more accurate.
Worst way to measure bf%.
it's is a contraction meaning it is, its is the possessive form of the word.
canadian education at its finest as well it seems.
"as well, it seems"
you did not gain 14lbs of lbm in 3 months, i can tell you that right now
