how much should i be eating to start cutting.
what kind of stupid question is this.
if you weight 130 pounds and want to cut, I hope you're either female or 4 foot nuthin.

i know it sounds weird, but i only weigh 130 (down from 180-190) and im 5' 7" ehen though in like 5 pounds under weight im still a beer gutted chubby looking fellow.
im just tired of being flabby.

better question, how can i get rid of the flab?
you dont want to cut, you want to start a serious weight lifting routine while eating a clean 3000-3500 cals a day, the "fat" you think you have will start to fade and muscle will start to show.
So you're anti sticky, or just illiterate?
My suggestion would be a 9mm to the head to get rid of the flab, it should end up all over the wall behind you.
I dunno I would much rather shoot myself in the side of the head, that way you don't have to look at it straight on.
