go simple and stop trying so hard.

    workwear and flannel

that combo you got on is just too typical, and ill-fitting

    pic doesn't work.

btw, no offense but byranboy has you been banned for the past 3 months or something? I started looking at TSL in the end of August but up until like yesterday I had never seen you post in here. Now it's like you're everywhere :eek4:

Oh, and OP, I agree with M1lk. workwear + flannel is a really good look, imo. Just make sure the flannel is fitted, because it'll look hobo-ish if the shirt is huge. But when fitted it looks much better. Can be worn with darker boots (Red Wings?) and tennis shoes, though I personally think it looks a bit goofy with chucks or other smaller shoes.

Hard work. I dropped 80 lbs in 5 months, which is averaging 16 lbs per month, but the last couple months only accounted for about 15-20 lbs max and most of the loss were in the first few months.

    :dunno:

Depends how much you weigh? I was 235ish and finished at 155ish. Like I said the majority of the weight was in the first few months.

But yah who cares. I believe the reason it went off so quick was because I was running 3+ miles a day 6 days a week every week. And eating much more healthy, and cutting calories.

I was sick of it :bigthumb:

Been overweight since I was about 10 years old, finally said fuck it and worked my ass off. I went to a nutritionist and regular doctor too, turns out I have a slower than normal metabolism, so the running helped bring it up and along with cutting calories it helped me a lot. I eat on average ~1300 calories a day or less by my estimates right now, and I maintain my weight with no exercise. That's how slow my metabolism is :(

got memebership to 24..tired of being fat because i was pretty fit in high school..

i had a diet of turkey and chicken. drank 2 liters of water a day or more.

    worked out:

    -jog/run a mile a day
-lift (diff muscle group each day)
    -swam ~10 laps
    -relaxed in jacuzzi+dry sauna.

whole routine took me 2.5 hours a day at least but i had 2 workout buddies and alot of dedication/determination.

---can you guys post clothes in particular so i can get a picture of what i should be looking for? and i cant do much about my hair now cause im military + asian :(
