Is it safe to drink a lot of it? I am 280+ lbs and I can eat an ass load of protein, but to consume 280g of it? It ain't easy. Plus I don't want to stay at average. I want to get more into tone and put on more mass and loose more of the bodyfat so in order to do that I want to be able to go 1.5g - 2.0g of protein per body weight. I just recently bought Nitro-Tech whey protein and before this cycle, I was taking soy protein. I consume 2 scoops (20g ea) 3 times a day for 5 days and only do it twice a day on the other two days. On top of that, I also eat snacks and foods with plenty of protein in it like chicken, fish, cottage cheese, yogurt, pb etc. Would it be safe to say I can consume (by liquid form) more than just 3 times a day if I wish to up the protein intake?
