and lifted once a week, alternating muscle groups............ how would your body turn out?
2000 cals on average per day
would turn out shittier than if you didnt drink dude. not that hard of a concept to grasp.
what if i lived on nothing but whoppers but I did HIT training. how would I turn out?

lifting once a week and drinking 7 days a week = you will look like shit.
And unless you're a woman, you're not going to gain much muscle on 2000kcal anyway

Actually, you might want to try that, but with less protein.
A snicker's bar is all you really need for your daily protein.

It's true...muscles are mostly water and alcohol is mostly water, so muscle is mostly alcohol. The more you drink the bigger your muscles get.
