If yes.. why?
no, just fish oil for me
morning noon and night
Only Flax Meal for fiber
Only for calories.
no, i'm too lazy to grind up some seeds or whatever
I only take the fish oils.
I get enough healthy fats in my diet between consuming fish oils, peanut butter, and olive oil on a daily basis. Flaxseed oil is a bit too calorie/fat dense to add in during a cut for me.
