I can put on 15lbs in a week, I just done see how people "cant" gain weight. It might not be a good 15lbs but I could gain it.
I was exadgerating a bit, but I can put on weight soo easy, losing it is a bitch though.

5 lbs a week isn't a problem for me if I want to do it. Sucks losing it...
I find my problem is not longer the eating part, but every since I was 16... I seem to get some major illness once a year that causes me to loose most of my gains Atleast I keep lifting after I recover!
I was in the hospital for 2 days in december. I went from 195 down to 181. After getting out, 2 weeks later I topped 200. Go figure. If anything, use the downtime and low calories to your advantage. Your metabolism will be slowed down. As soon as you feel better, fill your face with as much food as you can, lift heavy and grow like a newb all over again.

At 3800 calories I've gained 1lb this week. I was hoping to be back to 179 by next week but meh...
Some people have a metabolism the exact opposite of yours. For us it's very difficult to gain weight and ridiculously easy to lose weight.
Want to gain weight? it's easy!
Meet a nice girl, date for a while.
Buy a house.
Put your own refrigerator, deep freeze, stove, etc. in it.
Fill house with food.
Get comfy couches.
Get big TV.
Eat and be lazy.
Hey, gaining weight like that worked for years for me.
And how many carbs are you eating, do you really think thats a true 5 pounds? For every gram of glycogen, three grams of water are stored.
30-40% of my intake, probably much less acutally I have a tendancy to not eat carbs.
I can just eat like a madman, I love foods. In the past two weeks I've gained nearly 5 pounds and I've been trying to take it easy.
I hope it's just water.

Go eat 10k calories a day and say you cant gain weight fast. Unless if the laws of chemistry dont apply to you
Ok, you missed it too, so I guess I'll just explain:
I'm not saying you can't gain weight or can't gain weight quick if you have a fast metabolism. I'm simply saying it's more difficult than if you have a slow metabolism.
Which I know is common sense, but The Price is Right wasn't understanding why he could gain weight easily and other people have a harder time.
I wish I had two day visits...

Recently I just had surgery, I started lifting 4 weeks afterwards...
And dieting for us is a nightmare with slow metabolism, oh you want that cookie Im sorry that throws you over your 2000cals a day. They both have there ups and downs
