i eat like a girl and i havent worked out in 2 weeks
xmas break rocked, though I only will end up missing 2 days (xmas day and ny day).
I even ate to my heart's content, with family out from Edmonton, and my grandma cooked a WICKED Christmas dinner. Mmmm.... Ukrainian food.
But I'm now back to my heathly cooking.
i set christmas break as the transition to a new routine. skipped about a week to attend a graduation.

been a lil over a week with terrible eating and no lifting, i feel like a fat shit
i dont want to weigh myself
i always get to the gym when i'm home. schools a bit harder. i will be taking 3-4 days off for a snowboarding trip fri-sun or mon though.
i hardly worked out at all over xmas, but i didnt eat all that much either. i lost like 7 lbs sittin around and shooting guns every day.
My gym wasnt even open over the xmas break. I just sat around and ate, and lifted a little in the basement. It was gay.
lI never knew you could lose strength so fast.
I haven't done jack shit over break lifting wise and I feel like a bitch because of it.
Today I finally dusted off the weights I have in my house and did some hack squats and then went back to bed.
You kidding me? I joined Gold's for 2 weeks while I was at home and ate like crazy while letting my parents foot the bill. I even had my mom buy me like 6 packages of beef jerky for me to come back with

I'm still at my mom's house but there is a total gym here so I'm getting my chuck norris on and doing hindu squats and shit.

I gained some weight as well.

I actually always do MUCH better with getting the gym and staying consistant with my workout during winter break due to much more time with school being out and such. Since I started break (plus I took vacation from work) I am in the gym nearly 7 days a week and getting much more effective workouts.. plus its easier to watch my diet.
