I'll have to check it out.. I'm guessing it works fine with ground turkey too?
Thats what I usually make it with. But I have a lot of ground beef so I use that.
Basically you brown meat, drain, add milk water pasta and seasoning and simmer for like 15 minutes. Easy as fuck and tasty as hell.
you can keep the calorie count to a minimum by draining all the fat from the meat, using low fat meat in the first place etc
the sodium is out of control but I drink so much water and could use the sodium, I have a tendency to cramp.
