I'm pretty sure the leaner base thing before bulking was bullshit, er....as long as you're talking about the leaner you are the more lean mass to fat ratio you gain, but your body is kinda like mine, you get the side obliques faster than the bottom 2 abs..that always pisses me off
Yeah, I think it's from doing too much abs....I stopped doing so many and my abs have actually gotten better

really? I haven't done abs in about 6 months I'm gonna do some in about 5 minuts though now that I'm thinking of it, it's back day, I was gonna do deads but yesterday after I was squatting I was trying walkouts just to get used to more weight on my back, I put 675 on and walked out and just stood there for about 15 seconds and then walked it back onto the pins and then it felt like someone stabbed me in my lower back

Why the fuck are you cutting? You need to add like 30lbs to your chest alone. Plus your delts are weak as fuck. Plus it's going into winter, you need the extra bodyweight to keep you warm.
