My bulk from 240 - > ~270 was done starting at ~4200 a day and ended at ~4400 a day. I had already been eating "a lot" for a while but it wasn't until a few months ago that I started tracking what I ate. I've been maintaining for about a month now and now I'm ready to cut. I think I'm going to more or less do the diet in the sticky with probably a bit more volume. I've never done a real "cut" before but if there's one thing I learned during my bulk was that it's all in the diet. How many calories and in what ratios should I be consuming? What aspects of my training should I change? I've pretty much been doing 3 sets of 8 for most of my exercises (besides squats, deadlifts, and bench which I pyramid up).
