I'm 17 and I've had the hardest time gaining weight. I ate a lot and worked out a lot, but stayed around 150lbs 6ft for a loong time. Changed my routine and started taking whey protein and eating more meat and I've gotten a lot stronger and now i'm up to 170lbs! I look a lot better and its muscle, not fat! other then that, this thread is pointless, but i was so happy when i stepped on the scale I had to tell u!
