It has nothing to do with steroids because..well...I'm not taking any steroids. I've been working out heavily for a little over 3 months and other than a huge increase in strength and less body fat, I've been noticing I get angry really fast. Now I've been really angry in the past, but I've never become physical with it, except for literally 2 occasions (those are stories for another time), until now. I'm guessing this is due to a increase in my body's production of testosterone in response to how much I'm working out...does that sound right? The main concern I have is that...well...I almost broke an empty bowl on my brother's face about 5 minutes ago after he pushed my buttons. On top of that, I punched a hole through my door because of my dad pushing my buttons. I should note that it's not that easy to push my buttons, but if it's done just right, it gets me very angry. Anyone else experience something similar?
