I started doing this new routine where I jump (landing on my toes, not heels) on and off a box 50 times in between exercises to keep my heart rate up and burn some calories. I have been doing this for a month or so and the problem is that it has totally fucked up my ankles/back of my heels. Every morning for about 10 minutes after i get out of bed its painful on my ankles to walk. whats the problem? should i stop and do something else instead or will the pain eventually go away?
