172 and i'm cutting
i was just there and don't want to go back. a girl gave me the greatest compliments yesterday. she said my upper body looked TONED. and that my legs looked very defined
Toned is a word use to describe a guy with very little body fat, and even lower amounts of muscle.

i bulked to 185. it was a pain. i didn't really gain much fat but it was getting to the point where i was going to need a whole new wardrobe
