Where should I be pulling from? I feel it most in my arms, but if I focus I can do it a little more with my back, but it just feels like I'm pulling my shoulder blades together. And should the bar be touching my chest at the top of the pull? Even after deadlifting, pullups, and bent over rows, I never feel my back get tired or sore like any other part would. It's usually my stabalizers and synergist muscles that get sore first. Is there any better way to target my lats without using a lat pulldown machine?
