So, i've been cutting for a little while now, I think i'm at a pretty solid point. I leave on the 21st to go to the Bahamas, so I'm going to slowly re-up my carb intake and do some heavy cardio up until then. That way, when I'm downing handles of vodka, I won't gain all the fat back. I wish I had pics of me when my gut was the size of a fucking beachball. God damn, thinking back on it, I've come a long way.
