My fucken arm/elbo. I just got on the scale this morning and I'm at 182lb. I was 191lb two weeks ago but that's when I hurt my self deadlifting. I'm still at the same bodyfat % for the last two weeks just losing muscle. I can't do anything upper body because yesterday after my heavy leg day - deadlifts I did a few wide grip pulls ups to see if my arm could take it and this morning it hurting like a mother fucker. Should I stay away from the gym completely or just keep going for cardio and legs???
