it certainly comes with challenges, but every relationship does. we're all climbing a ladder, just cuz you might be higher up on it doesn't make it any easier.
also i value my alone time very deeply, and i always prioritize my own needs above my partners in that sense. i'm no good to anyone if i am emotionally depleted. it took some time to figure things into a good balance, but if i gotta be doing work, i'm gonna get as much benefit from it as possible.

But that chick did ghost me after a couple weeks of dating and fucking. Like straight up blocked my number. It crushed me, because I really liked her. Never could figure out why. It’s either she found out I fucked a friend at some point, got back with her ex, or she did t like the fact that I marched in the Pride parade in support of the LGBTQ community (I’m 100% straight).
Took me awhile to realize there’s nothing wrong with me, there’s something wrong with her. I’m 6’2” and reasonably attractive, make $100k a year in a a flyover state, and I have all my teeth.

I have been making it a point to thank any woman that tells me while they had a good time they just aren't feeling it. Like fucking thank you for being honest and not leaving me to wonder wtf happened. Unfortunately I'd have to guess that many are conditioned from having some awfully negative experience that ghosting is the safer path.
This round it's been only 2 out of the 6 that's ghosted and that's a pretty awesome ratio. I don't count the ones that I never went on a date. That's 100% ghost rate lol.
