From March to July I lost about 30 lbs (226 -> 196) Honestly, since then I've been eating like shit. Luckily I've only put a few lbs back on (I now waver between 197-199.) However, I still have a pretty high fat content, a big belly, and semi-noticeable man-tits, although they've gotten a lot better since I lost that 30 lbs. I'm thinking another 20 lbs sould be healthy. I'd like to get down to a steady 180 lbs before I start clean bulking. I won't be hard-core cutting, but I'll be eating a healthy amount of calories and doing a lot of lifting and cardio. For the first 30 lbs I did minimal exercise and I modified my diet to lose a steady ~2 lbs a week. Hopefully this will work better and give me a better end result. Not sure exactly when I'm going to start. I'll wait for school and work to level out first.
