    Right now both me and gf are really busy and I'm also battling hairloss, I've always been insanely horny, Usually jerking it several times a day everyday, And I always wanna screw and she'll be like I'm too sore still give me a break :o

    I can't stand being so horny all the time. Is there anything that can be done to turn the libido down? Want to try and keep masturbation to a minimum and keep any sexual activity I do have with the girly and not with my hand. I want to keep my hair :hs:

    As far as I knew, the body converts testosterone to DHT when you ejaculate :dunno:

    lots of exercise will help. btw i doubt hairloss occurs due to high masturbation or sex. its either from stress or genetics

    I've heard that about high testosterone and hairloss. I thought it was more due to age than rubbing one out though.

    and why hin the world is everyone saying join a gym? how exactly is that going to help him keep his hair or lower his sex drive? if anything, the gym will raise his sex drive, strength, and stamina.

    Because if he has lots of energy is sitting home frustrated with nothing to do but be horny, focusing/using some of that energy will calm him down and make it so he does not feel so horny that day.

    It's the same reason you have to exercise a dog daily..otherwise they sit at home and get all frustrated and take it out in another way.

    So my hair is thin on top. Are you saying that if I could somehow rid myself of testosterone I could conceivably thicken my hair?

    I was going to try putting peanut butter up there, but if this is true I'll find supplements to suck up the testorine so I can pee it out.

    You have a couple of guys making claims that something is one way. It matters because if they don't even workout then how the hell can they say what they are saying? Their posts would be based off nothing more than a guess.

    That's like me making a claim like, "I can't believe people fail at marriage, being married is one of the easiest things ever," when in truth I have never been married before.

    So yes, it does matter.

    His response is an answer to antihero's question "Why is everyone saying go to a gym?" He is supporting the notion that working out will lower your libido and make you too tired to be horny. He then compared it to why a dog needs exercise.

    Obviously he is arguing that working out will make you less horny, otherwise why would he respond to antihero's question in that fashion, rather than saying something along the lines of "well maybe the gym won't, but using your energy other ways might."

    Well, I dunno. Maybe I read into it too much. Seems like everywhere he goes you got people ragging on him because he mentioned his weight in that one thread and ever since then it's been a huge pissing contest to make him feel three inches tall because he's skinny.

    Not necessessarily in this thread, but since it's been happening everywhere else, I just sort of assumed that's what was happening here.

    In any case, I agree with him, and I lead a pretty active life. Now I don't and will never go to the gym, but I walk/play softball/basketball/bike/hike etc. and I know that when I am dog tired the last thing I feel like doing is masturbating.

    going to the gym regularly will increase your energy levels and sex drive. We've all posted pictures before, and I am frankly astonished that the people who clearly do not go to the gym are arguing with the people that clearly do on what happens when you go to the gym.
