New gym membership next week
new diet revised purevl routine
cardio to start:
20 min elliptical run/jog
aiming for 1 mile/8min (dont give a fuck its for my knees)

OFF days from diet/garbage meals
Current:
April 21st 5'7 178lbs. '09 158lbs.
Goal: 160-165
Mile ~ 7:00-7:30
Greater flexibility with back movements
Balance/Confidence
Any suggestions/comments im open to everything. this is huge for me, haven't been motivated/had some issues past 2 years.
*Cigarettes - my goal is to completely rid myself of this in May. If anyone has any input, please throw it up, I don't care if its positive or negative. I need help to stop completely, its hard as fuck, but if i don't stop I will never make it to/through the academy.
