Never had any soreness in the triseps.

those are for triceps, not triseps
i dunno about triseps, its a new muscle group recently discovered, so i would say do deadlifts until they find the best workout for triseps
i have not tried cgbp, should i use a curl bar for that?
i suggest engrish classes
My triseps are huge, go buy animal pack and ull get there too.

For the reverse CGBP on the smith, where do you bring the bar down on your chest?
