Morning: Muscle Milk light shake
Lunch: Chicken and brown rice
Snack: Light Striong Cheese
Dinner: Muscle Milk Light Shake
I had plenty of energy to train 5 days a week.
really? thats enough?
a typical day for me is:
5am breakfast: protein/meal replacement shake
7am breakfast 2: lots of oatmeal
snack: trail mix
10am lunch 1: burrito
12 pm lunch 2: chicken and whole wheat pasta
2pm snack: peanutbutter and jelly
5pm dinner 1: anything meaty usually with pasta or brown rice
i go to bed at like 8:30
psmf is like an all liquid diet i believe
