He only eats pigeons and raccoons for their nutritional values.

I can't even fathom how rural southerners live in such primal conditions. I should mail a few cans of Spam to him one of these days.

They only eat Spam on thanksgiving man. You'll totally ruin their diets if they know that Spam is in year round production.

I just finished a salad. Its all I had today besides coffee sans suger and water.

Tim, seriously bro...you should start to eat this if you want to penetrate Hillary. Then instead of coffee you should be drinking guarana antartica.

Morning: Muscle Milk light shake
Lunch: Chicken and brown rice
Snack: Light Striong Cheese
Dinner: Muscle Milk Light Shake

I had plenty of energy to train 5 days a week.

a typical day for me is:

5am breakfast: protein/meal replacement shake
7am breakfast 2: lots of oatmeal
snack: trail mix
10am lunch 1: burrito
12 pm lunch 2: chicken and whole wheat pasta
2pm snack: peanutbutter and jelly
5pm dinner 1: anything meaty usually with pasta or brown rice

i go to bed at like 8:30 :o

In all seriousness my body could not run on what checkii's does, holy fuck that's crazy.

No its not.

It basically nothing but protein and fibrous green vegetables.
It has been a while since I read up on it and was on it, but it is not bad compared to alot of other alternatives.
